I think there should be a permanent memorial to Captain Sir Tom Moore on Plinth 4 in Trafalgar Square as a reminder of this great and humble Man and his achievements. 

This would be a wonderful place for his statue to stand, it's a focal point for people to gather and remember him, he is a true hero of the people who brought the nation together at one of our darkest times.
