Due to the recent egregious activities by the Jordan Willows HOA in Lehi, UT, we have brought this petition to life to help group and organize an effort to hold those Board Members accountable for the harm they are trying to cause, and to work to dissolve the HOA and return the rights of the homeowners back to themselves under Lehi City codes and rules. We have not come to the decision to help drive towards the dissolution of the HOA lightly, but it seems that those who should speak for the HOA as a whole have neglected to represent those who elected them, and are doing all they can to garner power over others. Sadly these same people get re-elected time after time, even with other candidates available. Why this happens is a mystery, possibly that they get elected by people who simply vote popular over record on issues. WE MUST HOLD THEM ALL ACCOUNTABLE!

Therefore we demand that the Jordan Willows HOA in Lehi, UT be dissolved. The recent power grab during the process of re-writing the CC&R's serves to show the homeowners that the board feels that more rules, regulation, and control over the rest of us seems appropriate. This board has targeted certain homeowners over and over, and while speaking of compassion of neighbors, files trying to gain any advantage they can. It is this reason why we demand the HOA be dissolved, and rights returned to the homeowners under the laws and codes of the City of Lehi, the  County of Utah and the State of Utah.
