We are N number of customers who trusted Samsung over iPhone and purchased flagship phone from Samsung.  We were expecting we will get value for money and the the phone will last at least for 3 to 4 year.

But as soon as one year passed, and most of the phone's warranty got over in March 2020, Samsung released security patch which caused issues like over heating the phone and damage of screen. Some have reported the temprature of screen went upto 70 to 80C .

After March one by one Many phone ( Specially Note 9) got issue and their screen got damaged. Screen became yellowish or for some cased greenish.

This issue is not specific to any region but its worldwide. Customer started raising complains in Samsung Community but the only reply came was visit service center. The ones who visited the service center all got same answer Replace screen by spending 30 to 40% of original phone price.

People try to made Samsung understand that some third party application and some work around are making screen normal so it cant be harware issue, But No samsung service center is ready to Admit it.

Even though this issue is worldwide and we sent email to all country head and CEO e.g In India, Uk,Germany, Hongkong, etc but No confrontation from Samsung.

We have created groups and decided to fight against this ignorant behavior.

As conaumer we want Samsung confront this issue wolrldwide and provide FREE solution for this issue which is created by them only.

Many people purchased a phone from one country  and now moved to another, for them also we want that Samsung provides solution in to their current location.

If this is not done after this petition then we will file a case in each country and also ask for competition because this happened in CoVid 19 lockdown period and we suffered a lot. Currently more than 500 Phone are in same damage condition worldwide. May be many more but all are not reporting online.

Lets Hope SAMSUNG admits its Mistake and save their customer otherwise no one will trust SAMSUNG Ever.
