I am a resident or neighbour of the Bearspaw community and I oppose the installation of a wireless communication tower (45m self supporting structure) on the property located at 31030 Twp Rd 255, Rocky View County, AB due to:

• Location and design will be an eyesore, scarring the natural beauty of the views of the neighbouring communities.
• Decrease in property values of surrounding community;
• Harm the character of the surrounding neighbourhoods;
• Lack of exploration of alternatives to improve wireless communication.

I request that Rocky View County and Rogers Communications CANCEL plans to install a wireless communication tower on Rogers Site Name W5618 Township Road 255.
