First of all, there is necissary & un-necissary hipocracy. Necissary to keep a company going but not necissary to keep the company going to un-necissarily bully or talk down to the employee. There are many ways to make someone believe they are below someone else or try to enslave another in anyway shape or form. It's how people have "conditioned" others to see themselves so that the brainwashing continues hence molding you into an obedient slave or pushover without you even realizing it's happening. It takes courage to walk away, on the other hand there are too many un-controllable circumstances where we are forced to submit to slavery or being a pushover direct or indirect official or not official to be able to survive. As American citizen's we need to be able to stand up for our essential god given freedoms in any situation if made necessary by the un-necessarily bullying. If your at work and your boss tells you to do something, of course you have to do that thing and be respectful or you can loose your job. If your boss tells you that your not getting a long awaited hard earned raise you we're promised because he thinks another employee is more attractive for example, they crossed the line. Anyone Talking down to you like a slave to feed their insecurity shouldn't be allowed to do so especially on a daily, weekly, monthly basis especially if it accomplishes nothing for anyone in that organization or even themselves. Bad Moral is bad for the company & costs jobs anyway. This is also not to mention  physical, emotional, psychological abuse going on un-necessarily in everyday life. If someone decides they want to bully you, you ask your manager for help & they refuse, this is a form of indirect abuse or a form of employee/human rights ethical neglect toward the employee/human. It seems as though the lines between right & wrong get blurred in certain situations where it seems to be socially accepted or there are allot of other employees who are afraid to speak up because they don't understand out laws & or don't speak English. If we're going to call ourselves an ethical society than how can we put limitations on human rights for some & not others, people who don't have the help & support they need to begin with unless we are trying to slowly turn this country into a dictatorship?  I find myself asking if I have the right to stand up for my basic human rights almost everyday. Especially if I can be so easily replaced by someone who doesn't know how to stand up for basic human rights. If someone bullies you, your not legally entitled to defend yourself because you can get arrested so easily & all they need is a good story. This is an example of the lines being blurred. If you don't defend yourself the aggressor will continue to enslave you & your mind. If you do stand your ground, your in bigger trouble because then you get out of jail with the aggressor having legal leverage they didn't have before to use on you to control your life & circumstances. That leaves with only the option of allowing the aggressor to continue bullying you. You can get a no contact order filed but the aggressor can too while your in jail. Also what a hassle to have to deal with all that when they could have left me alone in the first place. Besides, if you call the cops on every aggressor we wouldn't have enough room for the drug lords, murderers & rapists, child molesters so we are getting to where we just need to be able to defend ourselves against, Narcisist's, Sociopaths, Megalamaniacs, Psychopaths, etc. "good actors" because these are the people who can best misuse the justice system because they have no fear and because they feel nothing for their fellow human being yet, they have the ability to use our own justice system against us to control those of us that don't want to fight & don't care about control & power. Peaceful people need to be able to defend their freedom & against cold hearted maniacs who know how to use their lack of emotion to look like perfect people in public. How do you find out who the real people are & who the fake people are when they all appear about the same? Over time you get to see their true nature meanwhile, you should be able to have boundaries for yourself while you figure out who the genuine people are & who are the dangerous fake people who will do anything including use the justice system, the boss, other employees, You, to get what they want for themselves & use the taxpayers money/justice system to secure their scam & secure their power over the innocent made to seem the aggressor by the real aggressor.
