URGENCE : une ESPECE est EN VOIE  D'EXTINCTION : LES JEUNES

-  C'est maintenant qu'il faut agir : la crise du Covid-19 doit nous alerter sur l'exagération faite dans l'exploitation et détérioration de notre planète. Nous ne vivons malheureusement que le 1er confinement d'une longue et triste liste : (confinements climatiques, canicule, confinements pollutions, autres confinements sanitaires, restrictions diverses comme des lieux trop pollués ou des activités  interdites ...)

-  L'Union Européenne UE doit mobiliser 2000 Mds € de budget sur 10 ans dans un fonds écologique environnemental et solidaire pour les 27 pays afin de soutenir une vraie transition écologique concentrée sur les transports, l’énergie, l’agriculture, la relocalisation d’industries stratégiques et les filières de recyclage. -  L'Europe est capable de trouver 750 Mds € pour soutenir les entreprises, seulement d'un claquement de doigts !  Or ces entreprises continueront probablement à polluer comme avant et ne changeront rien ou presque à leur mode de fonctionnement.

-  La jeunesse DOIT AGIR, le reste de la population aussi DOIT AGIR pour notre sa descendance : AGIR signifie exiger de l'argent de la seule organisation qui concerne toute l'Europe à savoir la Commission Européenne. Cela dans le but de créer une grande zone respectueuse de l'environnement. Progressivement l'Europe donnera ainsi envie au reste du monde de l'imiter.

- Pour AGIR il nous faut des moyens bien supérieurs à ceux actuels. Les opinions publiques sont prêtes : il s'agit maintenant de convaincre nos politiques. C'est la raison de cette pétition. Elle ne restera pas sans suite : elle sera couplée avec des actions sur le terrain qui auront pour but d'associer TOUS les acteurs volontaires de l'environnement des 27 pays de l'UE : fondations, associations etc...

-          Réglementation plus verte : C’est aussi l'occasion d'exiger des réglementations plus vertes sur :

o   Le recyclage

o   la Mise en place de taxes douanières spécifiques au frontières de l’Europe

o   Le transport aérien : obtenir des engagements de réduction de lignes courtes distances

o   Transport en voiture à réguler intelligemment selon les motorisations

 

EMERGENCY; a SPECIES is GOING EXTINCT: YOUTH

-          We must act now: the corona crisis must be yet another alarm bell about the excess exploitation and degradation that our planet is enduring. We are unfortunately going through the first lockdown of a long and sad list: climatic lockdowns, pollution lockdowns, other sanitary lockdowns, diverse restrictions such as over-polluted places or prohibited activities…

-          The European Union must make available a budget of 2000bn€ over a period of 10 years for an ecological and social funds for the 27 countries in order to support a real ecological transition focused on transports, the energy sector, agriculture, relocation of strategic industries and recycling sector. -          In less than a blink of an eye, the EU manages to find 750 bn€ to support companies. Yet, many of these companies will go on with business as usual and with no change whatsoever to their operating mode will resume polluting and degrading our environment. 

-          Youth MUST ACT, the rest of the population MUST ACT for its descendant: TO ACT means to demand money to the only organisation that concerns the whole of Europe: the European Commission. This would be in the objective of creating one big zone respectful of the environment. Gradually, the EU will inspire the rest of the world to follow its lead and implement the same changes.

-          In order to ACT, we need much greater resources (financial, political…) than the ones currently available. Public opinions are ready; we now need to convince our politicians. This is the aim of this petition. It will not be without a follow-up; the petition will be coupled with concrete actions that will associate and unite ALL voluntary environment actors from the 27 EU countries (NGOs, social movements…).

-          Greener regulations: this is also a means to demand for greener and stricter regulations on:

o   Recycling

o   Implementation of specific border taxes for the EU

o   Air transport: obtain commitments to reduce short-distance flights

o   Transport by car to be cleverly regulated depending on engine types
