Currently the AIA incentive group has single challenge and weekly team challenge.
This has been working well, with team encourage, as well as individual target to complete weekly. With five times a week, achieving 10,000 steps, gets you the incentive to at least do a decent exercise, or brisk walk around the estate. 

With the new scheme, the incentive is not there anymore. None does it helps with the random wheel allocation which does not reward effort. We wish the management to review this, and reinstate or even review something better. 

Price of membership has increase, but the members have been diligently and supporting, in between doing some decent work out. This I believe has keep claims Low. A lot of members have posted online about switching to another insurance company, or even terminate their policies. In the Long run, it will be bad business for AIA, once you lose a customer, the amount of monies to win the customer back is much more than to retain a loyal customer. 

The frequent sync, and app problem has been always been tolerated by the members, some losing points, late allocation to name but a few. This latest step of implementing something which is worst than the existing scheme, is totally a step backwards, and gives negative goodwill, in which the company has build up a loyalty customer base.

Please relook at your business model, there should be better ways, then taking this cost cutting measures. You will lose more than you gain.
