We ask to the Whatsapp Team to add a privacy option to hide the profile picture to specific people. For example: settings > account > privacy > none can see my profile pic EXCEPT: John, Mary etc. 

It's a violation of privacy to forcedly show our profile picture to all our contacts (co-workers, doctors, bosses...). Currently you can hide it only blocking the contact or deleting his/her number. That's not fair. We have to speak to change this!
