8 years of negotiation down the drain! 

The Queensland Air Museum (QAM) has reached full capacity and we need to increase the land capacity by acquiring the land adjacent to our premises. This will allow space for the continuing development of Australia’s largest and most diverse heritage aviation display. 

We have been in negotiation with various authorities for an additional 3.8 hectares of land with main road frontage since 2012. Negotiations have reached a stalemate and public support is sought to overcome the remaining obstacles to obtaining tenure to the land sought. 

We need 100,000 people to show support otherwise this important Sunshine Coast historical collection will be potentially be lost to this region.
