Lifekey has introduced a new technology that could help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in your community and help people get back to work and travel post-quarantine.

"We have already built a secure, HIPAA compliant platform for you to store and share your personal medical data when it's needed most," said Lifekey CEO, Jason Kintzler, "This was a logic next step for us that can potentially save lives in the process."

Lifekey Immunity Verification can help people get back to work, travel, and daily life by enabling easy, contactless sharing of up-to-date COVID-19 immunity status. By simply scanning an app certificate or tapping our smart wristband with a smartphone, business operators and employers can instantly see whether a patron or employee is cleared for entry by a registered US physician who has vaccinated and/or tested the person for COVID-19 or its resultant antibodies.

The Lifekey App can be used by community members as a standalone tool to fight the spread of COVID-19 by enabling background location sharing. While enabled, Lifekey’s powerful and secure app will keep a real-time record of your location and notify public health professionals if you come in proximity to someone who is symptomatic or has tested positive for COVID-19.

Lifekey technology will combine private sector innovation and public sector administration to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in U.S. communities.

"We can't do this alone. Neither can one hospital or one doctor. It's going to take all of us. By enabling Lifekey location sharing just as you do in so many social apps already, we can marry that with test results to give people peace of mind and notify them if they're in danger," explained Kintzler.
