Help Partners/Spouses  Get Back Together!

We are calling on Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Senators, Mp's and Ministry of Home Affairs for proper analysis in providing exemption for spouses and Partners to reunite with each other.

As per Australian home affairs, it is stated that spouses and partners of Australia Permanent Visa holders or citizens can apply for exemption to be  with each other.

However, there are numerous exceptions that have been rejected even for permanent resident and citizens families in case their spouses are on a valid work visa are stuck outside Australia . One such case is mine .We had attempted to try for an exemption with  legal documents including govt approved marriage certificate 8 times now and the rejection reason stated was that they are not satisfied that he was the spouse of a  permanent resident.

We had requested after each rejection in order to confirm us on what further documents are required however, we receive the same response with no further evaluation

There are numerous families like us who are apart even though we are citizens and permanent residents. This is not only affecting us mentally but also hardship in finances as we have double the cost of expenses living apart now and the spouses on work visa are unable to work.

Please kindly help sign this petition and share wide. We need some action before some of our spouses in covid spreading regions are affected.Please help our families get united.
