Let’s Save Hyderabad from the Peril of Corona

Respected Sir, 

From the beginning of Corona wrath in march, our state government has shown an exceptional functioning. Telangana Govt has stood first in establishment of the Containment zone also.
The majority of the people had an opinion that Telangana Government was functioning very well in the Lockdown Period.

After the removal of the Lockdown, the gradual decrease in the seriousness of the government has made the public also prone for negligence, which in turn contributing for more spread of the Virus.

Things like - Unnecessary, casual roaming on the roads, four people travelling together in a car, People gathering- near the Pan shops, near the Tea stalls, near the tiffin centers, near the all other stores – without any Social Distancing Measures. Majorly because of the loss of employment most of the people are out on roads.

In this Context, we request the Government to take the following Actions:

1 )  We should identify the areas with a greater number of positive cases and finish the survey within 3 to 5 days. We should do this survey the way we have done the Door to Door survey part of Telangana Samagra Kutumba Survey.

The people who have corona symptoms or the people who need it urgently should be tested and isolated immediately. The positive tested ones should be conducted with other health tests straight away and only necessary ones should be admitted to hospital. Rest of the ones should be treated from home directly.

2 ) Corporate Hospitals have become Money grabbing machines from people. Government should take the 50% of beds in all the private hospitals for at least four months. The allocation of those beds should be provided in an separate new online platform with utmost transparency. There should be an app exclusively dedicated for the real time updated information about vacancy of beds in various hospitals.

3 ) The expenditure of the patients from general ward should be borne by the government itself. For the patients who request Special rooms can be charged with certain amount.

4 ) People living in rented homes and apartments are facing difficulties for home quarantine. This category of people rushing to hospitals immediately is increasing the pressure on the hospitals. As a solution to this issue, we should provide the possibility of converting the various empty private hostels and hotel rooms into isolation wards. In this provision even if we charge them with 1000 per day also it would not create any burden for the people. The people infected with virus but healthy enough to fight can be provided with this ward.

5 ) The decrease in the police patrolling has increased the people roaming without masks and travelling without any social distancing measures like overcrowded autos etc. So, kindly police should be patrolling the roads on a serious note once again.

6) Immunity is a protective shield that keeps infections, viruses and illnesses at bay. Those with stronger immunity have a stronger defense system and people with poor immunity tend to fall ill very often. In Ayurveda, a lot of herbs and spices are known to build immunity.

According to the Ayush ministry, the decoction can be consumed once or twice daily to help strengthen your immunity against COVID-19 (corona).

The formulation, which may be manufactured and sold in generic name as ‘Ayush Kwath’ or ‘Ayush Kudineer’ or ‘Ayush Joshanda’, Ayush Kadha is suitable for consuming like tea or hot beverage every day.

So Telangana Government should take priority on creating awareness in the public about these immunity boosters through I & PR.

We request the Telangana Government to act promptly, before the situation goes out of the hands.

కరోనా నుండి హైదరాబాద్ ను కాపాడుకుందాం

నమస్కారం.

మార్చి నెల నుండి  కరోనా విషయంలో మన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం క్రియాశీల పాత్ర పోషించింది. తొలి కటైన్మెంట్ జోన్ కూడా మన రాష్ట్రంలోనే ఏర్పాటు చేసాము. లాక్ డౌన్ సమయం లో  తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం చాల బాగా  పనిచేసింది అనే భావన మెజారిటీ అఫ్ పబ్లిక్ లో ఉన్నది.

లక్డౌన్ తీసివేసిన తరువాత   క్రమేణా ప్రభుత్వంలో సీరియస్నెస్ తగ్గింది అనే భావన ప్రజల్లో రావడంతో,  ప్రజలు కూడా కనీస జాగ్రత్తలు పాటించకుండా వైరస్ వ్యాప్తికి కారకులు అవుతున్నారు.

అవసరము లేకున్నా బయట తిరుగడము, కార్ లో నలుగురు ప్రయాణించడం, పాన్ డబ్బాలకాడ,
ఛాయ్ బండి ల కాడ , టిఫిన్ సెంటర్స్ కాడ , షాప్స్ కాడ సోషల్ డిస్టాన్స్ పాటించక పోవడము జరుగుతుంది. చాల మంది కి జాబ్స్ పోవడం తో , రోజంతా ఇంట్లో ఉండే వెసులుబాటు లేక కూడా , బయటకి వస్తున్నారు.

 ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ప్రభుత్వం ఈ క్రింది చర్యలు చేపట్టవలసిందిగా కోరుతున్నాము.  

1.      కేసులు ఎక్కువగా నమోదు అవుతున్న ప్రాంతాలను గుర్తించి, రెండు రోజుల్లో అన్ని ప్రాంతాల్లో సర్వే  పూర్తి చేయాలి.సమగ్ర కుటుంభం సర్వే చేసిన విధంగా , కరోనా కి కూడా చేయాలి. దీనికి మన దగ్గర ఉన్న ౩౦,౦౦౦ మంది ఆశ వర్కర్స్ సరిపోతారు

కరోనా లక్షణాలు ఉన్నవారికి లేదా   అవసరం ఉన్నవారికి తక్షణమే టెస్టులు చేసి  వైరస్ సోకిన వారిని ఐసోలేట్ చేయాలి. టెస్టుల్లో పాజిటివ్ వచ్చినవారికి ఇతర ఆరోగ్య పరీక్షలు తక్షణమే నిర్వహించి, అవసరం ఉన్నవారిని మాత్రమే హాస్పిటల్ లో అడ్మిట్ చేయాలి, మిగతా వారిని ఇంట్లో నే ఉంచి చికిత్స అందించాలి.

2.      కార్పోరేట్ ఆసుపత్రులు కరోనా పేరుతో ప్రజల్ని లూటీ చేసేలా తయారయ్యాయి. అన్ని ప్రైవేట్ కార్పోరేట్ హాస్పిటల్స్ లో 50% బెడ్స్ ను ప్రభుత్వం ఓ నాలుగు నెలల పాటు టేకోవర్ చెయ్యాలి. ఆ బెడ్స్ కేటాయింపు ఆన్ లైన్ లో పారదర్శకంగా జరిగేలా ఒక వెబ్ సైట్ తక్షణమే ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి. ఏ హాస్పిటల్ లో ఎన్ని బెడ్స్ ఖాళీ ఉన్నాయి అనే వివరాలు రియల్ టైం అప్ డేట్ చేయాలి.
3.      జనరల్ వార్డులలో ట్రీట్ మెంట్ తీసుకునే వారి బిల్లులు ప్రభుత్వమే భరించాలి.  స్పెషల్ రూమ్స్ కావాలనుకునే వారి నుండి కొంత రుసుము వసూలు చేయొచ్చు.

4.      అద్దె ఇళ్ళలో ఉండేవారు, అపార్ట్మెంట్స్ లో ఉండేవారికి హోం క్వారంటైన్ అంటే ఇబ్బంది ఉంటోంది. అలాంటి వారు హాస్పిటల్స్ లో అడ్మిట్ అయితే హస్పిటల్స్ పై వత్తిడి పెరుగుతోంది. దీనికి పరిష్కారంగా  హైదరాబాద్ లో ఉన్న వందల ప్రైవేట్ హాస్టల్స్ ను, హోటల్ రూములను ఐసోలేషణ్ వార్డులుగా మార్చుకునే వీలు కల్పించాలి. ఇక్కడ రోజుకి వెయ్యి రూపాయల బిల్లు వసూలు చేసినా ప్రజలకి పెద్ద భారం కాబోదు.  వైరస్ సోకినా చికిత్స అవసరం లేని వారిని  ఇలాంటి ఐసోలేషణ్ వార్డులలో ఉంచాలి.

5.      పోలీసులు రోడ్ల మీద లేకపోవడంతో మాస్కులు పెట్టుకోకుండా తిరగడం, ఆటోలలో పరిమితికి మించి ప్రయాణించడం లాంటివి ఎక్కువ అయ్యాయి. కాబట్టి, పోలీసులని మరొక్కసారి రోడ్లపై మోహరించి నిఘా పెంచాలి.

6. ప్రజల్లో ఇమ్మ్యూనిటీ బూస్టర్ పై అవగాహన కల్పించాలి.గత సంవత్సరాలు ఆగస్టు మరియు సెప్టెంబర్ మాసాలలో అత్యధిక శాతం డెంగీ,  సీజనల్ ఫ్ల్యూ లాంటి మహమ్మారులు విజృంభించాయి.2019లో దాదాపు 5 లక్షల మంది ఈ వ్యాధుల వల్ల అనారోగ్యం భారిన పడ్డారు.  రానున్న రెండు మాసాలు మరలా ఇదే పరిస్థితి గనక ఏర్పడినట్లైతే ప్రజలపై ఒక వైపు ఆర్ధిక భారంతో పాటు మరో వైపు  అది కరోనా అన్న అపోహతో భయబ్రాంతులకు గురి అయ్యే అవకాశం కూడా ఉన్నది.
కాబట్టి ఈ సమయంలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరు రోగ నిరోధక శక్తిని పెంపొందించుకోవడం ఎంతైనా అవసరం. ఈ యొక్క రోగ నిరోధక శక్తి పెంపొందించుకోవడానికి మార్కెట్ లో అనేక ఇమ్యూనిటీ బూస్టర్లు  అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం i& pr డిపార్ట్మెంట్ ద్వారా ప్రచార సాధనాలను ఉపయోగించుకొని ఈ యొక్క ఇమ్యూనిటీ బూస్టర్ల పై ప్రజలకు అవగాహన కల్పించాలి..

పరిస్తితి మరింత చేజారక ముందే ప్రభుత్వం ఈ 6 చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, ప్రజలని కరోనా నుండి కాపాడాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాం.
