I find it disappointing that my rent is raised 100 dollars every year this is a very pressing issue as housing is already an issue all over the United States. I would like to raise this concern to as many people as possible to see what can be done in order to put in place some kind of rent stabilization. It is worrying and concerning as having a place to live is the basis to everyone’s foundation. I would also like to avoid people becoming homeless because of this as people do not necessarily get raises every year to compensate for the raised rent.
