The Queen prorogued parliament from the 9th September until the 14th October 2019 upon the advice of her prime minister, Boris Johnson, as she has customarily done before every Queen's speech.

This action, taken by her Majesty, has since been ruled by 11 justices in the Supreme Court to be “void and of no effect”, overruling and undoing the action taken by her. This is to "imagine the death of her majesty", and as such, constitutes a breach of the Treason Act 1351. If left unchecked and unchallenged this sets a dangerous precedent - that parliament cannot be prorogued without "reasonable justification". It also changes the balance of power in this country and fundamentally alters our constitution. In effect it puts judges and the courts above the Queen from whom they derive their authority and power. This is clearly a nonsense.

We, the undersigned, therefore demand that all of these 11 Supreme Court Justices be investigated and, if the evidence supports it, tried for high treason to determine whether their actions were lawful and whether such dangerous precedents should be allowed to stand.
