• 2020年7月18日に自殺したとされる日本の俳優三浦春馬さん（享年30）の真実究明のためご協力いただきたく署名活動をしております。
  三浦春馬さんは、日本のトップ実力派俳優です。最近では、2016年・2019年にブロードウェイミュージカル「キンキーブーツ日本版」でも主役のローラを演じ、また、2020年12月からの、世界初演日英共同制作のオリジナルミュージカル「The illusionist」の主役に決まるなど、世界進出を目標に活躍中でした。

その彼が新しいドラマの撮影中に2020年7月18日昼間に突然自殺で亡くなりました。仕事も順調だった彼に突然起こった出来事と、自殺の報道に対して不可解な点が明かされぬまま1ヶ月以上が経つ事に、人々は混乱し不信感を募らせています。

具体的な、三浦春馬さんの自殺に関して不可解な点は以下の通りです。

1.三浦春馬さんの仕事状況について
・仕事は多すぎるくらい順調でした。
・世界進出という明確な目標もあり、それに向け前向きに努力し、実績も出ていました。
・亡くなる前日も撮影に参加し、現場では落ち込んだり変わった様子もなく、情熱的に（仕事に）取り組まれていたので信じられませんとの、ドラマ関係者の証言もありました。

⇒仕事の不調が起因の自死とは考えにくいです。

2．自殺当日の時系列の関する不可解な点
・当日の死亡確認までの時系列の報道が二転三転しています。
当初「午前中から仕事だった」との報道が、四十九日の発表では「午後からの予定」に変更されたり、待ち合わせも「約束の時間」とし、具体的な時間を避けています。
⇒事務所が何かを隠しているのではないかと益々不信感が募っています。

7/18の報道：「18日朝から連絡がつかなくなっており、18日のロケは急きょ中止」
7/19の報道：「18日朝から都内で撮影予定だったが現場に現れず、不審に思ったマネージャーが自宅を訪れ、午後1時頃首をつっているのを発見」
7/20の報道「（18日は）弊社マネージャーは当日朝、三浦の自宅に直接向かいましたと報道を否定（アミューズ担当者）」
9/4事務所発表：「（18日は）午後から予定されていた仕事に向かうため、約束の時間に担当マネージャーが自宅へ迎えに行きましたが・・・」

• ＜当初＞
  「仕事場に三浦さんが現れなかった為、マネージャーが自宅を訪問し、午後１時頃、自宅マンションで首を吊った状態で見つかった。救急隊が現場に到着した際には心臓がかすかに動いていた。心肺蘇生を試みたが駄目だった。午後１４時頃搬送先の病院で死亡が確認された。」
  ＜訂正後＞
  「当日の朝、マネージャーは直接三浦さんのマンションへ車で迎えに行った。彼が出てこないので確認しに行ったところ、首を吊った状態を発見した。」

＜四十九日の事務所発表＞
「午後から予定されていた仕事に向かうため、約束の時間に担当マネージャーが自宅へ迎えに行ったが、メール・電話等に返事がなかったので部屋へ向かった。管理会社の方に連絡し、部屋の鍵を開けていただき入室したところ、すでに意識のない状態だった。懸命な救命処置も及ばず14時10分に永眠した。」

3.報道に関する不可解な点
・報道陣に「彼の他殺を疑わない、1日中、自殺と報道する」ように契約書を書かせたとの重要な情報も出ています。（「WHOメディア関係者のための手引き」を無視した報道要請）
⇒自死を印象付けるために、メディアへ圧力がかかっていると多くの人々が感じています。

・実際に、亡くなった僅か1時間後には、警察の検視も終わっていない状況の中で、自殺が報じられています。（14時10分死亡確認→15時に速報）
・三浦さんの亡くなる直前に何者かが自宅に訪問していたという報道が削除されています。
・前夜の防犯カメラで彼が大切にしていたものを捨てる姿を確認したという、遺品整理を匂わす報道はされたのに、当日の防犯カメラに関する報道が一切でてきません。
・自死の原因を、彼の親との関係や彼の性格が原因と決めつけるような記事が横行し、Yahoo Newsでは、不可解な点に関する疑問の記事や過労に関して事務所の責任を問うコメント欄の書き込みが次々と大量削除されています。
・二転三転した時系列や過労に関する事務所の責任追及の記事が表に出てきません。

4.自死の判断理由が不可解な点
・自死の判断理由について、「遺書とみられるメモが発見された」とは報道されましたが、それ以外に警察からは説明がありません。（実際には、このメモは遺書ではなく、役作りのために日頃から書き留めていたノートとみられ、いつ書いたものかも不明で遺書と言えないのではという報道が出ています。）
また、四十九日に「遺書はありませんでした。役作りのノートは発見されましたが、自殺の動機や原因と直接結びつくような内容はありませんでした。」と、所属事務所も発表しています。
・自死報道と荼毘に付されたタイミングが早く（2日後）、密葬したと報道。
・所属事務所アミューズの社外取締役に、元警察庁長官の安藤隆春氏が着任しています。

⇒警察内でも何らかの忖度が働き、早々に自死と判断されたのではないかと、多くの人々が感じています

＜警察庁、検察庁へのお願い＞
このように、今ある情報だけでは三浦春馬さんの自死には不可解な点が多く、彼は本当に自死だったのか、自死に見せかけた殺人の可能性はなかったのか、大きな力で隠蔽されているのではないかなど、様々な憶測、情報も出てきており、とても不安を感じます。
今の状況では、他殺も含めた十分な捜査や検視が行われたと思えず、自死と判断するに足りる決定的な理由があるのであれば、説明できる範囲でご説明をいただきたいです。

また、自死と判断するに足りる理由がないのであれば、再調査をお願いしたく、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

この社会問題を有耶無耶な状況のまま、自死の報道のみで片付けられては、国民の不安と不信感が消えません。
また、万が一自死でなかった場合、仕事を真面目にこなし実績を積み上げてきた彼にとっても、こんなに不名誉で無念なことはないと思います。

国民の不安を解消する為にも、ぜひ状況の説明と、必要に応じて再捜査をお願いしたいと思います。

We need your help with a petition for finding the truth about Haruma Miura, a Japanese actor who was considered committing suicide on July 18, 2020 at the age of 30.

Haruma Miura is a top talented actor in Japan. Recently, Haruma performed the role of Lola, the protagonist in the Broadway musical, Kinky Boots: Japan in 2016 and 2019. Furthermore, he was announced to be the leading actor in an original musical titled "The illusionist", a co-production between Japan and Britain from December 2020. He had been working actively for entering the global stage.

But Haruma committed suicide suddenly during the filming of a new drama in the noon of July 18, 2020. It has been 1 month since his unanticipated suicide, but there are still many issues remaining unclear, such as the reason behind this decision while his work was going well, and the mysterious points of the news of the suicide. People are confused and feeling of distrust is rose.

Concretely, below are the mysterious points regarding the suicide of Haruma Miura.

1. The working situation of Haruma Miura
○His job was going so smoothly that he got too many job offers.
○He had a clear goal of entering the global stage and had been making efforts towards it. There is already visible achievement.
○He participated in the drama shooting the day before he passed away. According to the drama staff, there was no sign of depression or anything strange on Haruma. The staff said he was passionate about filming and it was hard to believe he committed suicide.
⇒It's unlikely that the suicide is caused by any issue of work.

2. The mysterious points of time series during the day of his suicide
○The news report of time series until the confirmation of death that day kept changing.
At first the news said "there was work since that morning", but in the announcement made by the Agency Company on Sept 4, the timing changed to "scheduling from the afternoon". The meeting time of Haruma and his Manager also changed to "agreed time", while the mentioning of exact timing is avoid.
⇒Suspicion is aroused increasingly and more people are worrying if the Agency Company is hiding something.

News report on July 18: "Connection with Haruma was lost from July 18 morning and the shooting that day had to stop suddenly"
News report on July 19: "Haruma had a shooting schedule in Tokyo from July 18 morning, but he didn't show up on site, the Manager felt strange and went to Haruma's home and found that he hanged around 1pm"
News report on July 20: "Amuse (The Agency Company) Person-in-charge denied the news about the Manager meeting Haruma at his apartment directly in the morning (of July 18)".
Announcement made by the Agency Company on Sept 4: "In order to conduct the scheduled shooting from the afternoon (of July 18), the Manager went to Haruma's apartment to pick him up at the agreed time"

(Before correction)
"Because Haruma didn't show up in the shooting location, Manager went to his apartment and found that he's hanging around his neck around 1pm. When the emergency services arrived, it's found that his heart was beating weakly. CPR was tried but failed.
He was then sent to the hospital and was confirmed death around 2pm.

(After correction)
"In that morning, Manager drove directly to Haruma's apartment building to meet him, but because he didn't show up, the Manager went upstairs and found that he's hanging"

"In order to conduct the scheduled shooting in the afternoon, the Manager went to Haruma's apartment to pick him up at the agreed time. But there was no answer on email nor phone, the Manager went to Haruma's apartment and contacted the building management company to open the apartment door. When he went inside, Haruma was already unconscious. Though serious life-saving measures were conducted, Haruma passed away at 14:10"

3. The mysterious points of the news report
○There is important information leaked out that the press had to sign a contract like "Do not suspect it's a murder. Report it as a suicide case within same day". (A report request to ignore the "WHO Resource Booklet for media professionals")
⇒Many people feel that the media is being put pressure on giving an impression of Haruma committing suicide.
○In fact, it's reported as suicide only 1 hour after Haruma passed away and when the police was still carrying out investigations (confirmation of death at 14:10, news announced at 15:00)
○The news about a visitor went into Haruma's apartment immediately before he passed away was deleted.
○It is reported that the CCTV captured Haruma threw away the rubbish which is considered important to him in the evening before and there was even report about identifying those belongings, but no reporting at all about the CCTV that day.
○Articles that linking his suicide with the relationship with his parents and his own character are rampant, while questioning articles about the mysterious points and comments regarding Agency Company's responsibility for overwork have been deleting in large amount at Yahoo News.
○There is no article came out mentioning the ever-changing time series that day nor anything regarding the responsibility of Agency Company for the overwork.

4. The mysterious points of the reasons for judgment as a suicide case
○It's considered as a suicide because of a found notebook that seems like a "Suicide Note" as reported on the news. Other than that, there is no explanation from the police. (There is news reporting that such notebook is in fact not a suicide note. It is some jottings made generally about roles creating, and cannot be treated as a suicide note because there is no mention of dates.) In addition, the Agency Company released an announcement on Sept 4 and stated "there is no suicide note. Though a notebook regarding roles creating is found, there is no content linking directly with motive or reason of suicide"
○The timing of suicide reports and cremation were held quickly (2 days after). It is reported as a private funeral.
○One of the Outside Directors of the Agent Company, Amuse, is a former Commissioner General of the National Police Agency.
⇒Many people are thinking if there are some considerations even inside police that result to a quick judgment of suicide.

<Requests to the National Police Agency and Public Prosecutors Office>
In this way, there are so many mysterious unsolved points regarding Haruma Miura's suicide with all the existing information. Various speculations and information are coming out and high level of anxiety is rose. Did he really commit suicide? Wasn't there any possibility of a murder but pretending as a suicide? Is there a big power hiding behind? In the current situation, it is difficult to consider that enough investigation and inquest were carried out, including judgment of murder/suicide case. If there are any definitive reasons to judge it as a suicide, explanation within range is highly appreciated.
Also, if there is no enough reason to make the judgment of a suicide, we would like to ask for your reinvestigation.
To leave this social problem indefinite and to clear out only as suicide case cannot erase the anxiety and distrust of nationals.
Additionally, if by any chance he didn't commit suicide, there is shame and regretful to him who was always serious about work and made achievements with endless efforts.
In order to eliminate public anxiety, please explain the situation and reinvestigate when necessary.
