The South Side Music Program was set up as an attempt to do our part in fighting the epidemic of senseless killing on the street of Belize. Our goal is to bring about a social change to our youth and the community through music and the arts. The South Side Music Program in Jan - June 2019 has successfully focused on live performances. We recently presented 4 items in the National Festival of Art and will be working on other live performances including Churches, Summer Fest, and community activities. Last Year’s program also included live performances of various students' school events: Channel 5 Summer-Fest, Courts In-Store Performance, Holy Redeemer Children Day, and The Anglican Church to name a few.

Because of the demand from the parents and students that attended to continue the music program we see the need to extend the program for another 6 months and ask for your support. We provide music training in Guitar, Piano, Drumming, Vocal.

We provide:

a. Music training in Guitar, Piano, Drumming, Vocal.

b. Safe and meaningful activities

c. An alternative to crime and violence

d. God given talent being brought to life – feeling special youth provided the opportunity to live their dreams

e. Mentoring and guidance – Parent figures where none exist
