I am asking all Babylon residents to please sign this petition.  Superintendent Rozzi informed the Babylon Soccer Club a couple of weeks ago that they would not grant any field permits to the Babylon Soccer Club.  This has left the club scrambling to find field space, with little help from the school district.

Youth Soccer has been cleared by the Governor to resume activities.  Originally they told the soccer club they were advised by a lawyer that they should not grant the permits for fear of litigation.  This is absurd on so many levels.  They then responded that they were going to wait on the Governors decision for high school sports.  Well guess what?  The Governor has cleared High School Soccer to resume practices and games.   The Babylon School District still WILL NOT give the soccer club the permits to play at the grade school.

The soccer club has spent thousands of dollars to maintain those fields.  I have personally been down there with many volunteers.  It's insane that the soccer club has maintained those fields and is not allowed to use them.

The members of the Board Of Education, please know that WE elected you to represent US.  If you continue to not listen to us, we will make sure to vote in people that will.
