Hello, my name is Alyssa Rusu. I am the oldest of 3, My mother's name is Mimi Le, currently located at CCWF, and shes been incarcerated since I was 5 years old. 

She was wrongly convicted back in 2006 for conspiracy on a crime she had no idea about. She had just had my baby sister Jordyn back in February, and was later arrested in July. For as long as my sister has been alive shes only seen my mom in those blue CDCR outfits. 

I believe 100% in my heart that my mother deserves a second chance at life outside. Since shes been incarcerated, she's graduated college and has also been apart of Little Angels, where she trained a guide dog. My mother is a beautiful woman inside and out and I would love to have her home with me.

Shes been away for almost 15 years now. Shes missed my high school graduation. Shes missed watching her kids grow up. As much as I love going to visit my mom, I hate leaving her much more. 

I guess what im asking for is the support of my friends and loved ones and whoever knows my mom or anyone in my family. Sign this petition so my mom can finally go up to board and hopefully get a retrial. 

There was so many things wrong with her case and alot of things that dont make sense. How can someone get Life without Possibility of Parole and they werent even there? 

Please just help me and my family out and finally bring my mom home.
