Spectrum no longer provides a prorated bill for their customer's final bill. If a customer decides to cancel their account mid way through the month, they will still be charged for an entire month of which they did not receive any sort of service, which is another way of saying that Spectrum commits theft. Charging customers for service they did not receive is unethical and needs to change.
