Why this petition matters

Started by nimo osman

Hi everyone. Many people don’t want to face reality and the reality is that Somali citizens as well as other ethnic black groups are being auctioned off as slaves in Libya. This has been going on for quite some time and many people are unaware of what goes on in Libya. They’re being beat to a pulp and in some cases death is the end result. This can no longer carry on, the appropriate actions need to be taken to ensure the safety of these citizens as well as the safe return back to their home countries. In light of everything that is happening in the world, it is only right to try and make a difference. Black lives will always matter. It is not fair that black lives are being disregarded and that slavery is still very much present in this day and age. Please take the time out of your day to simply sign this petition, it’ll only take less than a minute. It’s time we made our voices heard and help those for less fortunate. It’s time we put pressure on those in charge to investigate the injustices black people face in Libya. Thank you very much.
