Why this petition matters

99 out of every 100 Fathers  in the Bailiwick of Guernsey who fight to see their child/children after separation or divorce are alienated from their child/children by the Family Court. The targeted parent face the following:

• The most severe false allegations including child abuse.

• Are targeted by FPAS who support, encourage false allegations by the resident parent.

• FPAS staff regularly commit perjury in the Family Court by complying reports with false allegations towards the alienated parent.

• The Residency parent knowingly commits perjury in the Family court with the knowledge and the encouragement of members of the judiciary and Head of the judiciary - The Bailiff

• The alienated child/children suffer severe MH issues into adolescence by the alienation which are ignored by the Head of the judiciary - The Bailiff

• The Head of the judiciary and government - The Bailiff and his underlings regularly breaks the Children (Guernsey and Alderney) Law 2008 by refusing to acknowledge the rights of both parents to have joint Parental responsibilities for their child/children.

Parental Alienation is a recognised form of Child Abuse and is a Despite the efforts of political ideological groups to prevent it, on May 25th 2019, the World Health Organisation accepted the current version of ICD-11 which contains within it the index term parental alienation for the code QE.52 Caregiver-Child Relationship Problem. In Guernsey the Family court refuses to honour the Human Rights (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000.

Children need both parents. The Head of The  States of Guernsey and Head of the judiciary - The Bailiff have no right to deny or encourage the Parental Alienation of a parent by the other parent. Parental Alienation must be recognised within the Children (Guernsey and Alderney) Law 2008 to be a criminal offence punished by prison and residency of the children removed and transferred to the Alienated Parent. Also enshrined within the Law is the prosecution of members of FPAS who are party to supporting Parental Alienation thereby supporting child abuse. Please support this petition by signing and sharing..Just because Parental Alienation does not happen to you doesn't mean Parental Alienation doesn't exist in Guernsey or the Bailiwick. Your tax money funds the alienating parent and therefore funds child abuse..
