First Nation Economic Justice: My name is Shawaha, As a First Nation of BC this petition is set forth to gain your support to end this repetitive cycle of abuse in all sectors pertaining to the quality of life for ALL First Nation of Canada.  Rectro-actively 20% of tax revenues from properties to be paid to our First Nation from the date our 215 children relations were discovered hidden in the arms of mother earth.  This would activate a long overdue change and ongoing positive change for generations to come.  Each of their little lives were discarded, why?  To steal our land and sell it to every property owner in Canada over and over again and since that time the government has been collecting tax funds that were rightfully First Nations. 

We would never ask or have intention to remove you from your home as we have been.  We understand most of you had no idea you hold title to stolen property. This petition is to acquire 20% rectro-active taxes from properties sold and yearly taxed in Canada; for this to be paid ongoing to First Nation. The tax funds to be sent to each First Nation Band to be dispersed within their relations of each person in a blood line from their territory by direct-deposit.  The tax from property sales to be paid quarterly and yearly for property taxes for an ongoing revenue. Each Band is permitted to retain only 10% of the funds delivered for administration purposes and programs as transparent accountable funds posted monthly in their band office for members to see. These funds at no time to be transferable to a government organization or agent for any purpose.  Elder or disabled funds to be paid directly from their account on auto payment to the facility in which they spend their years and or to end of life. Persons who are disabled:  funds to be held at a registered law firm to be dispersed.  

These funds will open the doorway for All First Nation to obtain a once again more balanced life as our people historically experienced that was taken.  The effects of Residential School and stolen land were never isolated to just one individual.  Let the government reorganize how they spend their remaining money vs. taking from our infrastructure as they have done so for many years.  We recognize the infa-structure of Canada's operations of the country require funds, therefore considering, our portion is minimal.  This number may slightly change with Indigenous Leader input.   Stand with us to regain what was stolen from us.  Canada requires an ongoing solution for all. This is tax $'s already being paid by property owners.  With Zoom and technology government parties too can learn to budget...Support us in reclaiming what is our hereditary right.    Ném’ kʷukʷstéyp for signing this petition attached.
