Dear Samsung,

We all want longer android updates, like the Pixels and the OnePlus. You are aware of this too, yet you still do nothing about it!  Smart people would buy your flagships from mid to the end of the year. Why? Because the prices are cut up to a staggering 50% or more! That's the only reason why people still buy your flagship phones, Samsung! We can't afford to flash $1000USD (or more) every 2 years just to get the latest Android features.

Samsung needs to get a big fat slap to the face and wake up to reality and deliver what people want. If Samsung really listens and delivers what we want. We will keep our devices longer because the software is still relevant to today's or future standards. Not only that, the resale values will go up and be held for longer, because the device is still officially supported. I have an S10 that is only 3 months old, and I personally don't mind the Exynos chip, but if you do, please sign the following petition and this petition to get it out there.
