This is a National as well as a Global issue of war crimes by the use of Covert and Surveillance that has continued to grow on a daily basis just like the crimes of those from the UN (UNITED NATIONS Diplomats). Beginning in 2016, reports surfaced that Americans and Canadian diplomatic personnel in Cuba had suffered a variety of health problems dating back to late 2016. A wide range of unusual and in some other cases health concerns that included head pain, nausea, pressure to the head, cognitive decline, vibrations to the body, loud noise in their ears, vision problems and many more health issues that could not be explained. This resulted in making efforts to involve the governmental employees to make them aware of the potential harm that was happening abroad so that Professionals could begin to aid in a proper search for the best help available in the screening process of both long and short term and even permanent debilitating health effects.The U.S. Department of State did ask that the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine to assist in an answer to the findings.  (See security review). (In my own research I have found a number of combined health issues related to Covert and Surveillance Torture). Cancer, strokes, heart attacks, sleep deprivation, loss of balance, impaired speech etc. Possible causes of these health concerns, the committee that conducted the study wrote in a report that the possible of chemical exposure, infectious diseases such as Zika, directed pulsed radio frequencies energy, and psychological issues could very well be factors. (An Assessment of illness in US Government Employees) and Their Families at Overseas Embassies go on to say, that among the mechanisms the committee considered, directed, pulsed radio frequency energy appears to be the most plausible method of torture. 
Since the committee could not rule out other factors  such as Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD)-a functional (not psychiatric) and psychological conditions is a secondary reinforcing mechanism conducive to psychological conditions. The committee found that some cases where different from others based on many factors such as but not limited to chronic set of signs that each individual suffered the same causes and mechanisms as those of the initial report. The committee had many challenges and assessments which were related to the extreme yet personal information pertaining to each individual. 
However- the committee found these cases very concerning as it relates to directed, pulsed radio frequency energy as the main source stemming from the significant suffering with disabilities of each individual from findings of Chair David Relman, Thomas C. and Joan M. Merchant professor in Medicine, professor of microbiology and immunology, and Senior fellow at the Center for international Security and Cooperation at Stanford University.

Recommendations and actions of the State Departments should take notice to future cruel and unusual behavior’s that could effect many humans as well as animals from further attacks and threats such as these.

The only way that a Resolution can come from this, is to have Legislators in the United States Congress as well as State’s on local levels address the many claims that others have concerning this inhuman issue. If this does not get addressed, it will surely cause misunderstood suffering of mental physical social and physiological ill- treatment from those who have no idea that this is a real issue.

Please take notice that this will continue to happen until those of authorities take action and STOP this torture known to me as a “Silence Death”! I am a victim of this torture.
