در اعتراض به ادامه حبس ناعادلانه محمدعلی طاهری، ما هم با او همراه می‌شویم و درخواست سلب تابعیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران را از خود داریم!

نامه استاد محمد علی طاهری به رييس جمهور ودرخواست سلب تابعيت از نظام جمهورى اسلامى ايران :

جناب آقای دکتر حسن روحانی

با سلام و احترام، اینجانب بعلت اینکه متجاوز از هشت سال و نیم است که به بهانه ها، برچسب ها و پاپوش های مختلف در اسارت کارشناسان امنیتی ثارالله قرار دارم و با استناد به مدارک پیوست و شکایات متعدد ارائه شده از سال ۹۰ تاکنون و... تحت فشار و تهدید، ظلم و ستم و بی‌عدالتی همه جانبه از جمله اقدامات مجرمانه سازمان یافته مقامات قضائی و تبانی آنها با یکدیگر در جهت ترور شخصیتی و فیزیکی قرار داشته و تظلم خواهی من و وکلایم و گروه ها و نهادهای داخلی و بین المللی نیز از هیچ طریقی به نتیجه نرسیده، دیگر امیدی به برقراری و رعایت 《عدالت》 در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران را ندارم. بنابراین به مصداق آیه شریفه:
اِنَّ الَّذين تَوفاهُمُ الملائكَة ظالمی اَنْفسِهِم قالوا فيمَ كُنتُم قالوا كُنَّا مُستَضعَفينَ فِی الارضِ قالوا أَلَمْ تَكُن أرضُ اللهِ واسِعَةً فَتُهاجِرُوا فيها فَاولئِكَ مَأواهُم جَهنَّم و ساءَتْ مَصيراً (نساء۹۷)
به حکم وظیفه انسانی و شرعی خود و اجتناب از استضعاف تحمیل شده، بدینوسیله درخواست 《سلب تابعیت》 خود را از نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران به آن مقام محترم تقدیم می دارد.

لازم به ذکر است، این اقدام خداپسندانه بمنظور صیانت از حقوق مسلم بشری، دینی، سیاسی و... اینجانب بوده تا باشد ملت شریف ایران و آیندگان به قضاوتی عادلانه و آگاهانه در این مورد بنشینند و این عمل مجاهدانه مرا در واکنش به فقدان عدالت، انحصاری بودن قانون و... همچنین در اعتراض به آن و لبیک به امر الهی: 《لاتَظلمون ولا تُظلمون》، به جزایی شایسته سزاوار بداند.

امیداست با موافقت با درخواست فوق، موجبات سرافرازی این بنده حقیر را در پیشگاه خداوند متعال فراهم نمائید.

Mr. President of Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr Hasan Rouhani,
 
It has been more than eight and a half years since I was imprisoned like a hostage by Sar-Allah security officers.
It is evident through the documents attached and numerous complaints that I have written during this period -since 2011- that I have been under intense cruelty, comprehensive injustice, and threats of organized criminal collusion of Judicial authorities and Sar-Allah (part of IRGC). These organized collusion with the intention of damaging my character and physical being are still an ongoing concern which leads me to no longer keep any hope on those whom are in charge of upholding fair, justice and impartial rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran ‘s regime.
Therefore, according to the holy verse of Quran: “verse 97, Chapter 4; An-Nisa “and in compliance to my human and religious duty of standing up to oppression, I would demand renouncing my citizenship from the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It needs to be mentioned that this virtuous action is to obtain and defend my human, religious and political rights, therefore the Iranian nation and the future generations could have a fair and conscious judgment on this matter; by conscious and fair judgment a deserved punishment will be demanded. This virtuous action is a reaction against injustice and the subjectivity of Iranian law; also, it is to follow the divine command that suggests: “Not to be oppressed, and not to accept oppression “
I hope that by accepting my request you will allow me to keep my pride and honor in the presence of the God Almighty.
