This petition is to inform the Mound City Council that you do not approve of the revised Proposed Ordinance Amendment and Administrative Policy regarding special vehicles within the city of Mound as it pertains to Section 70 of the Code.

We are a lake community and the non-abutters would like to maintain the ability to access their boats in the summer, and the lake in the winter, using UTVs, ATVs, and golf carts.
