Cash Gernon, a 4 year-old boy, was kidnapped from his home by Darriynn Brown on May 15, 2021. Cash Gernon's body was found stabbed to death in the street one hour later. The horrific kidnapping was captured on video and is now circulating online. [1]

To prevent a tragedy like this from occurring in the future, Congress must do the following as part of the comprehensive Cash Gernon Justice Act:

1. Sign the Anti-White Hate Crime Act into law.  The Anti-Asian Hate Crime Bill was already signed into law 3 days ago by President Biden. [2]  White people need to be protected from interracial attacks, just as much as Asians do.

2. Sign the Insane Asylum Revitalization Act into law.  Darriynn Brown had mental health issues, as well as a criminal record that required an ankle monitoring bracelet to track him. [3][4]  People like Darriynn need to be confined to an Insane Asylum and cannot be properly controlled with a silly bracelet.  Our country's Insane Asylums need to be "Built Back Better".

The time to act is now.
