Juevenilles over the age 16years old who kill, if found guility of manslaughter or murder serve the same punishment as an adult. My son Joe was stabbed 9 times after been strangled and beaten unconscious. It was proven that he never touched his killer as he had no injuries, and Joe had no defence wounds.  His killer admitted to murder and said he finished him off and put him out of his misery.  The judge gave the maximum sentence he could according to the law,of 6 years. 

No length of sentence will bring Our Joe back, but his killer will be free by the time he is 20 years old and still have a life to live.   My family,  since Joes death have been sentence to a lifetime of sorrow.  I am trying to stop this happening to any other family.  No parent & family deserves to go through what  we have endured.
