भारत में 70% आबादी ग्रामीण परिवेश मे निवास करती है। मुख्यतः ग्रामीण परिवेश के लोग आज भी रूढ़िवादी विचारधारा के कट्टर समर्थक है। लोगों में जाति-पात और धर्मों का जहरीला कट्टरपन है। सारा परिवेश पुरुषवादी विचारधारा का समर्थन करता है। ऐसे में स्त्रियों की आजादी एवं उनके मानवाधिकारों पर प्रश्न खड़े होते है।

जैसा कि मैं देखता हूँ समाज और रूढ़िवादी विचारधारा का इतना दबदबा है कि स्त्रियाँ अपनी जुबान तक खोलने से डरती है, विवाह या फिर घर से दूर जाकर पढ़ाई करने जैसे अहम मुद्दों पर। अंततः उन्हे अपनी बहुमूल्य स्वतन्त्रता को खो देना पड़ता है। अंत में उन्हे बेबस और लाचार होकर खुद के मानवाधिकारों का हनन होते देखना पड़ता है। स्वयं के बहुमूल्य सपनों और विचारों से हाथ धोना पड़ जाता है। ऐसे में उनकी मानसिक स्थिति बेहद असंतुलित और अवसादग्रस्त हो जाती है। सारा देश बात करता है स्वतन्त्रता की, देश को आजाद हुये 73 वर्ष होने को है पर इस देश की स्त्री पुरुषों की बनायी हुयी मान्यताओं की आज भी गुलाम है।

अगर स्त्रियों की आजादी की बात करें तो -
आंकड़ो के अनुसार भारत के 70 फीसदी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में होते विवाहों में महज 5% विवाह इच्छा विवाह या प्रेम विवाह कहलाते है बाकी दायित्व की पूर्ति, सामाजिक भय या भौतिक जरूरतों पर निर्भर होते है। महत्वपूर्ण बात ये है कि बाकी के 95% विवाहों में स्त्री की इच्छा या अनिच्छा से कोई वास्ता नहीं होता। उसकी मर्जी, उसके सपने एवं उसके विचारों का कोई मूल्य ही नहीं होता।

उसे आज तक अपना जीवन साथी चुनने का हक़ नहीं है। आखिर किस आजादी की बात की जाती है इस देश में। कानून और संविधान सब आज तक असफल है, हमें गाँव गाँव में लोगों को सूचना पद्धति के जरिये संविधान और कानून का पाठ पढ़ाने की सख्त जरूरत है। अन्यथा 70% आबादी आज भी कैद का जीवन जीने को मजबूर है। ये बहुत ही बड़ा अन्याय और खिलवाड़ है, जो स्त्रियों के जीवन में अब भी चल रहा है। और इसी देश को हम स्वतंत्र महान देश के नाम से भी जानते है। शर्मनाक ।।

हर गाँव, हर घर की युवती विवाह जैसे अत्यंत अहम मुद्दे पर चुप नजर आती है। आखिर क्या वजह है किस बात का भय है ? क्या इन बातों पर बोलना हमें संस्कारविहीन या फिर चरित्रहीन बना देगा। क्या स्वयं की आजादी और संवैधानिक हक़ के लिए आवाज उठाना चरित्रहीनता का सूचक है। आखिर कौन आएगा और आवाज उठाएगा, ताकि ये आत्मिक गुलामी मिटाई जा सके। क्या देश के नेताओं को सिर्फ आर्थिक विकास और वोटबैंक जैसे मुद्दों की ही पड़ी है।

अगर स्त्रियों पर होते उत्पीड़न की चर्चा करें तो -
साल 2018 में Thomson Reuters Foundation के द्वारा विश्वस्तर पर किये गए सर्वेक्षण की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार - महिला शोषण और उत्पीड़न के मामलों में भारत विश्व में प्रथम स्थान पर है। जो कि सीरिया और अफगानिस्तान को भी पीछे छोड़ चुका है। महिला हिंसा के कुछ प्रमुख क्षेत्र इस प्रकार है - रूढ़िवादी मान्यताएं, यौन हिंसा, हिंसक व गैर-हिंसक हिंसा और मानव तस्करी। जिनके अंतर्गत रेप, एसिड अटैक, यौन उत्पीड़न, घरेलू हिंसा, जिस्मफरोसी, मानसिक उत्पीड़न, आदि शामिल है। इतना सब कुछ मौजूद होने के बाद भी लोगों को, देश के शासकों को तथा स्वयं महिलाओं को भी सब कुछ सामान्य नजर आता है। ऐसी विषम परिस्तिथि में न्याय, आजादी या फिर शांतिपूर्ण भविष्य के बारे में कुछ भी कह पाना मुश्किल सा लगता है। लेकिन फिर भी अंधे बनना, हक़ीक़त पर पर्दा डालना एक इंसान को शोभा नहीं देता।

स्त्रियों को आजादी दो, उनका शोषण बंद करो। अपने भाषणों में कभी कभी कुछ पंक्तियाँ स्त्रियों की आजादी की भी सम्मिलित करो। बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ से काम नहीं बनने वाला जब तक अभिवावकों को जागरूकता न दी जाए। पुरुषवादी व रूढ़िवादी विचारधारा को तोड़ना ही पड़ेगा। स्वयं की विचारधारा को भी बदलो। ऐसे गंभीर और संवेदनशील मुद्दों को प्रकाश में लाओं। पर ऐसा करने पर आपके वोटबैंक का ग्राफ कहीं शून्य पर न आ गिरे इसी वजह से आप सब दूर रहने मे ही भलाई समझते है। ऐसे कायर और स्वार्थी शासक जब तक इस देश में है तब तक देश का कोई भला नहीं हो सकता।

उड़ने की चाह लिए, सपनों को सरोकार करने के जज़्बातों से भरी बेटियों के मासूम पंखों को इज्जत और मान-सम्मान जैसी घातक तलवारों से काट दिया जाता है। और उन्हे जबरन विवाह जैसी संस्था मे धकेला जाता है। ये साबित करता है कि एक स्त्री की समाज में क्या महत्ता है। उसकी अपनी कोई आत्मा नहीं है, उसके अपने कोई विचार नहीं है, उसका अपना कोई जीवन नहीं है। ये सब बेहद ही करुणामय और दयनीय है।

लानत है भारत की व्यवस्था पर, लानत है रूढ़िवादी विचारधारा के समर्थकों पर। लानत है देश के नेताओं पर।

अगर वाकई में स्त्रियों के प्रति ह्रदय में श्रद्धा एवं प्रेम है तो उनकी बहुमूल्य आजादी के लिए लड़ो। और उन्हे वास्तविक स्वतन्त्रता दिलाओं। स्त्रियों के प्रति अपने मस्तिष्क में भरे कचरे को साफ करो और उन्हे इज्जत दो, उनका सम्मान करो।

70% of the population in India lives in rural environment. People from predominantly rural environment are still staunch supporters of conservative ideology. People have poisonous fanatics of caste and religion. The whole environment supports maleist ideology. In such a situation questions arise on the freedom of women and their human rights.

As I see it is so much dominated by society and conservative ideology that women are afraid to open their tongue,On important issues like marriage or studying away from home. Ultimately they have to lose their valuable freedom. In the end, they have to see their human rights violated by being helpless. One has to lose his hands with his precious dreams and thoughts. In such a situation, her mental state becomes very unbalanced and depressive.

The whole country talks about freedom, the country is going to be 73 years free but the woman of this country is still a slave of beliefs made by men.

If we talk about the freedom of women -
According to statistics, only 5% of marriages in 70% of rural areas of India are called wish marriages or love marriages, the rest depends on fulfillment of obligation, social fears or physical needs. The important thing is that, in the remaining 95% of marriages there is no connection with the desire or reluctance of the woman. Her will, her dreams and her thoughts have no value.

She still does not have the right to choose his life partner. After all, which freedom is talked about in this country. Law and constitution are all unsuccessful till date, we are in dire need to teach the people the lesson of constitution and law through information system. Otherwise 70% of the population is still forced to live a life of captivity. This is a huge injustice and mess, which is still going on in the lives of women. And we also know this country as the name of an independent great country. Shameful.

The woman of every village, every household seems silent on a very important issue like marriage. After all, what is the reason for fear? Will speaking on these things make us riteless or characterless. Is voicing for one's own freedom and constitutional rights an indicator of characterlessness. After all, who will come and raise their voice, so that this spiritual slavery can be eradicated.Have the country's leaders only been concerned with issues like economic development and vote bank.

If we talk about harassment on women -
According to the report of the worldwide survey conducted by Thomson Reuters Foundation in the year 2018 -
India ranks first in the world in cases of female exploitation and harassment. Which has also left Afghanistan and Syria behind. Some of the major areas of female violence are - conservative beliefs, sexual violence, violent and non-violent violence and human trafficking. These include rape, acid attack, sexual harassment, domestic violence, prostitution, mental harassment, etc. Even after all this is present, the people, the rulers of the country and the women themselves, see everything as normal. In such a difficult situation, it seems difficult to say anything about justice, freedom or a peaceful future. But still being blind, covering the truth does not suit a human being.

Give women freedom, stop exploiting them. Sometimes include a few lines for the freedom of women in your speeches, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao is not going to work unless parents are given awareness. Maleist and conservative ideology will have to be broken. Change your own ideology too. Bring to light such serious and sensitive issues. But after doing this, the graph of your vote bank did not fall to zero, that is why you all understand the goodness of staying away. As long as such a cowardly and selfish ruler is in this country, there can be no good for the country.

Desirous of flying, the innocent wings of daughters filled with the passion to pursue dreams are cut with deadly swords for honor and dignity. And they are pushed into an institution like forced marriage. This proves what importance a woman has in society. He has no soul of his own, he has no thoughts of his own, he has no life of his own. All this is very compassionate and pathetic.
 Shame on India's system, curse on supporters of conservative ideology. Shame on the country's leaders.

If there is truly reverence and love in your heart for women, then fight for their precious freedom. And give them real freedom.Clean up the garbage of your thoughts which is filled in your mind for women, Change your mindset for women and please respect them.
