Spider-Man Noir has become a beloved character who few people seem to know about. It wasn’t until Spider-Man Into the spider-verse movie was released that the general public began to know about the character.  Spider-Man Noir first appeared in his mini-series in 2009. Later the character has made several comebacks in both the comics, as well as in cartoons before and after his movie debut.

Alex Ross is known for his hyper-realistic and glossy depictions of both Marvel and DC characters. One of his most well known comic series “MARVELS”, tells the story of a reporter from 1939 to 1974. The fictional reporter(Phil Sheldon) has a street-level view of Marvel's superheros which he calls “MARVELS”.

Alex Ross has shown he can do a historical era story, so It’s safe to say that he would be a talented writer for that type of story. He's also worked on several Spider-Man projects including concept art for Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man film. With both writing and beautiful lifelike artwork, this could be an instant classic that will do the character justice.
