As a holder of the XRP digital currency, I am not, nor have ever been under the impression that I have an ‘investment contract’ and/or ‘own’ shares in Ripple the company including having shareholder entitlements such as but not limited to the ability to receive Dividends, obtain Voting Rights and/or any other corporate rights.

I have always understood and continue to understand that I receive nothing from my purchase of XRP except the digital asset itself.
