SUPPORT THIS PETITION TO KEEP THE ORLÉANS URGENT CARE CLINIC OPEN AND AVOID PERMANENT CLOSURE

The trying times of the Covid-19 pandemic has unfortunately had a largely negative impact on the Orléans Urgent Care Clinic (OUCC), and the community-loved Ottawa clinic is now facing difficulty in remaining open for its dependent community, for the first time in 27 years.

The OUCC is urging the ONTARIO MINISTRY OF HEALTH to provide funding to its organization to keep the clinic open through the current pandemic and to prevent permanent closure due to the Clinic's financial strife in face of the effects of the pandemic. The Ontario Ministry of Health has guaranteed financial support to all emergency departments, despite their decreased patient volume. The Orléans Urgent Care Clinic community is seeking similar support in order to continue to provide care and comfort to the Orléans and greater Ottawa community.

THE OUCC REMAINS OPEN, and continues to provide medical services, both in-person and via telemedicine practices. Please contact the OUCC at (613) 841-5389 in order to schedule an appointment via telemedicine measures, or visit our website at www.urgentcare.ca for more information about our clinic. We are located at 1220 Promenade Place d'Orléans Drive.

PLEASE SHARE AND SUPPORT us in our heartfelt endeavors to keep the Orléans Urgent Care open for the Ottawa community.
