This past weekend we lost a member of our Blizzard community unexpectedly. Josie Gem passed while shopping with her fiancé completely out of the blue and without any warning. Having an an aneurysm in the parking lot, she was rushed to the hospital where she fought for her life and unfortunately did not make it out the other side.

An avid Heroes of the Storm player, she played Azmodan and Nazeebo expertly and were her favorite heroes. I suggest we try to get in front of the Devs to have something small considered in remembrance of a member of our community.

I understand dev resources are valuable (especially in the HOTS world), but something even as simple as a voice line "For Josie" would be an amazing addition in honor of one of our friends.  

I don't know if the team will ever see this, but knowing that there is a community to support people in their time of sorrow will at least go a long way.

Full disclosure: I don't know Josie or her fiancé, but I have been a member of the Blizzard family for close to 13 years. I don't think there is gaming company (or any company) that has been more dedicated to their fans than Blizzard is. If anyone could make it happen, it's them.
