Chrysler has a known and prevalent issue with 2017 - Current Jeep Compasses consuming oil. There have been numerous reports of vehicles shutting down without warning because they ran out of oil. Individuals have reported that this has occurred without any indication from the vehicle that there is a problem. Chrysler has not issued a recall for these engines or acknowledged that this is a major issue. The Manufacturer and the dealerships are well aware of the problem, yet neither have made an identifiable effort to inform consumers of the potential danger. I respectfully request that you help me petition for the recall of these engines to protect the lives of those who have purchased these vehicles. Thank you!
