Mitchells Plain and other Areas such as Retreat, Grassy Park, Blue Downs have or are still in the process of getting Fibre installed. The sad fact is that we are receiving Sub-Standard service from Vumatel who has branded this service as Vumareach / Mitchells Fibre. We are surely appreciative of that fact that they have come to our area's when no other Service Provider had the intention to do so, however we can only get speeds of 20Mbps on Fibre. I mean Fibre 20Mbps are we going back to Economic Inequality?  We are appealing to other Service Providers to wake up and come to our area as every second house have Fibre but the demand for faster speeds at the same cost as other areas is there. We don't want sub standard service we just want what the rest of the City already has - Choices (and we are prepared to pay for the service we receive)

Sign this petition so Service Providers who are in direct competition with Vumatel can make an informed decision or plead to Vumatel to scrap this Vumareach / Mitchells Fibre Service and offer us choices like they do in affluent area's.
