The Board of Trustees for HCS Phase II is asking your support in petitioning the State of NJ Legislators to pass Senate bill S-3584 and Assembly bill A-4979 into law. When passed, these bills will protect Senior Communities and their individual board members from Civil Lawsuits. This proposed legislation rightfully gives immunity to Senior Community Associations provided they act in good faith.
