WhiteHatJr & Byjus have ordered miscreants to threaten the two critics and influenced LinkedIn to oust Dr. Malpani and Pradeep Poonia from their platform and Twitter to suspend the account of Pradeep Poonia, who has no recourse to this corporate bully and censorship. In the past, they influenced YouTube to take down videos under false claims of infringement of trademarks argued by SpicyLaw as invalid. They manipulated Quora to secure social relevance by editing the democratic viewpoints of users, including Poonia.

Pradeep Poonia and Dr. Aniruddha Malpani want no money for personal gain. They are both secure and established in their rights able to drive the cause for accessible education. With a clean track record and untarnished background, they pioneer the right to free education. They only urge the business to employ ethical practices to educate without force and mis-selling of their services already available for free on the Internet. Both Pradeep Poonia and Dr. Aniruddha Malpani embody the spirit of the Indian Constitution that guarantees RIGHT TO EDUCATION FOR ALL, which WhiteHatJr and Byjus now sell on Amazon Marketplace as a commodity for INR 1500. 

As a responsible citizen, I, Linda Ashok, on my right, on behalf of the people of India and the undersigned plea to the Honourable High Court of India, to Justice Mukta Gupta and bench, to INVALIDATE THE DEFAMATION SUIT OF 34Cr against both Whistleblower Pradeep Poonia and Dr. Aniruddha Malpani and grant them social justice. They have only revealed information necessary for the public to make an informed decision about doing business with WhiteHatJr and Byjus that have internalized racial slur, sexual remarks, employee abuse, erasing dissent, and projecting educational service through unauthorized and imaginary endorsements of the likes of Narendra Modi, Sundar Pichai, Barack Obama, Elon Musk, to name a few, notwithstanding the infamous Wolf Gupta which WhiteHatJr has admitted to being imaginary.

Literacy doesn't ascertain smartness, and it's that grey zone that WhiteHatJr is exploiting to call their eminence empowering women and enabling 6-14-year-olds coding to LAND THE MARS. Every word in this appeal is factually evidenced, and if required, I consent to Justice. Mukta Gupta to summon my appearance in the court to validate this letter and its content. This letter only supplements any evidence to be separately presented by the two through their legal representatives. 

In law I trust and Justice. Mukta Gupta and bench designated to adjudicate the defamation concerning UPSC aspirant Pradeep Poonia and Dr. Aniruddha Malpani. I urge the honorable judge to order the restoration of all their social media accounts and order WhiteHatJr and Byjus to mend its corporate transactions as a responsible edtech enterprise. Peace.
