Too many people are abusing the Australian Domestic Violence laws.

Most of these people are the abusers and play victim and not enough is done to have these law abusers brought to justice. 

Many of these offenders use an AVO as an answer to getting what they want when in divorce proceedings.  

Most of these toxic people use our unfair biased domestic violence laws to be in control and have an upper hand to maximise financial gain and use children and ruin them in the process. 

Time and time again our unfair court system allows the liars to walk free and not be prosecuted for perjury. Even worse is that more than likely:

THEY'LL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND KEEP WALKING FREE. 

AUSTRALIA is creating a generation of fatherless children. This is a result of the ridiculous and over the top tough laws that practically have you treated as guilty until court. 

POLICE PURPOSELY STRETCH AN AVO MATTER UP TO 18 MONTHS NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE THAT HAS BEEN ENDORSED WITH A FREE GET OUT OF JAIL CERTIFICATE.  AN AVO PROTECTING THE ABUSER. 

The Australian government needs to get tough and deter any person thinking of lying to police for the sole purpose of financial gain. 

WE WANT A SIMPLE LAW AND FOR IT TO BE ENFORCED

Any person found to obtain an AVO based on false allegations for financial gain through divorce should receive mandatory 6 months jail. 

It's time to amend the rules and get tough on these individuals to deter this behaviour. 

STOP THE PEOPLE THAT RUIN THE SYSTEM FOR REAL VICTIMS

Year by year male suicides in Australia are rising due to this free ticket method that is being used.
