I am a One; I am the One son born to Marilyn Bennett. I am the father of One Son. I am The One brother to my sister. I am the uncle to One Niece and One nephew. I am the One who was set up to be a scapegoat. I am the One sentenced to die for a crime I did not commit.

      For the last 20 years of my life, I've had to endure all that comes with being on death row (Both emotionally and physically.)The emotional toil comes from being absent when my son and stepdaughter went through their growing pains and not having the proper opportunity to grieve for the four aunts and my father that have passed to the other side. While enduring these things, I've never stopped proclaiming my innocence from this shell of a cell, only to have those cries for help to fall on deaf ears. I wonder if it's that I am not yelling out loud enough, Or is that people are so busy with their everyday lives and struggles that me being innocent and possibly put to death doesn't really matter.

     I truly understand their maybe those who are skeptical when they hear my claim of innocence, and they ignore me. It would be different if I asked you to listen to me rave about my innocence without proof. But, for the past 20 plus years, I've written letters seeking help providing the evidence to show my innocence, and you can go to my site SAVEDUSTINJHIGGS.com, where you will be able to see that these are not just the pleas of someone who's claiming their innocence, BUT SOMEONE WHO CAN PROVE THEIR INNOCENCE. I'm showing and proving my claims with the Government's own files, the same people who said that I was guilty of these horrible crimes.

     I know I'm innocent, but what does that matter when the truth is being stomped out by false testimony from my so-called co-defendants, misrepresentation of the facts from the Government's attorney, invalid science being presented to the jury as credible, even though the FBI doesn't use this CBLA science anymore, a judge that is obstructing the truth by not releasing the names of the three confidential informants, one of whom the FBI stated there was a false testimony within a six-year period. The statement is providing an alternative motive/theory that exonerates me.

     Question: Who are the gatekeepers for the justice system, for those who are supposed to seek justice, and not merely win? How do I reach the gatekeepers? My one voice doesn't hold enough weight to bring down these walls of Injustice. IT WILL TAKE THE VOICE OF MANY TO BRING THE WALL DOWN!
