It is a basic human right for people to have the freedom of speech on which ever platform of their choice.

The Nigerian government has on various occasions shown that it’s concerns does not lie with the Nigerian people, there are pressing matters going on the country, bandits are killing Nigerians, terrorism by the Boko Haram group is on an increase, Poverty is on an increase, Unemployment and inflation rate is on an increase, just to name a few.

The Nigerian government has decided to ignore these pressing matters to fight their very own citizens, by depriving them of their basic human rights!

We call on the United Nations to take a closer look on what’s going on, in this part of Africa. Injustice is too high, it is clear that Nigeria has no leaders.

Nigerian government, you were not elected to shut down Twitter, you were elected to solve the problems plaguing our dear country Nigeria. So do your Job!
