Present Trump and the Treasury created the pay check protection program which is funding to help keep small businesses functioning and keep their employees and operations alive during these devastating financial times. The reality is that the program while well intended is carried out by lending partners (Banks and SBA approved lenders) to disburse the funds who either impose their own criteria or reshuffle the applications to favor bigger businesses in order to make it more profitable. 

I believe the President's intentions were to help small businesses and ensure they not only stay alive but are taken into consideration in our economic eco-system. The Governor of New York has offered no help to businesses. In fact many of the businesses are still responsible for rent, utilities, payroll, and contribute to the economy while being shut down. 

Please help make a change by demanding that the Treasury order and not ask that lenders help businesses by providing financial assistance without extra criteria and that the actual funding allocations be transparent - meaning everyone can view and see how the money is disbursed. Small businesses need help and signing this will ensure that this program is carried out with its intention. Thank you.
