Now is the time to take a stand against mandatory vaccination for your employment, education, or to maintain the rights granted to you through the U.S. Constitution as an American citizen. Use of force, coercion, bribery, and fear tactics violate numerous ethical, moral, and principle grounds in the healthcare industry. Government should not have the ability to force any individual to comply with any type of medical treatment, procedure, or potentially life altering intervention. We have the right to autonomy, informed consent, and the right to refuse medical treatment without scrutiny. This is not an anti-vaccine movement or initiative.

We have formed a substantial group of individuals under Take A Stand Now Missouri on Facebook and our website Takastandmissouri.org. We are collaborating with multiple other organizations across the state as well. We now call upon you to take a stand to represent the rights of each individual within your jurisdiction. To take a stand to preserve these fundamental rights and protect the residents of this wonderful state you preside over.

We are requesting that you:

Stop ANY and ALL state funding or grants supplied to these organizations that are using bribery, fear tactics, or coercion to mandate the EUA COVID vaccines for terms of education or employment.
Ban any current or future process that would require “vaccine passports” to enter public domains now and in the foreseeable future

.Prohibit any state level official or organization from mandating vaccination.
Forbid any discrimination regarding compensation, benefits, retirement funds, and other terms and conditions of employment against any individual who has declined a COVID 19 vaccine.

Our communities are already suffering. Increased staffing shortages within acute and long term healthcare facilities is already resulting in Delays with patient care, and multiple hospital divert statuses. Hope for the future is fading fast as students switch majors or decline to advance their degrees due to these mandates.

We as your constituents request that you take a stand now in Missouri. We request for you to make a precedent here as many other states have that mandatory COVID 19 vaccination will not be tolerated in our state.
