Petition for Relief #4: Investigation and Dissolution of the Corporation of the Church of Jesus 
Christ of Latter Day Saints, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints, dispersing all financial wealth to prior and current tithe paying members, OR Utah tax payers, or to the United States for tax dollars obtained since abolishing its three branch form of government creating in fact, a "state of deseret"that is a theocratic  dictatorship of Mormon hierarchy.

in 1984 Utah amended their constitution eliminating its foundational statehood requirement of 3 branch form of government.  

As a result Mormon temple sworn hierarcical Justices can destroy any lawyer challenging Utah's "state of deseret" that considers itself above the United States law, without an adversarial trial or impartial judges.
