We are wanting the government to help thousands of UK citizens stranded abroad, due to the global pandemic outbreak of Covid19 . We are highlighting this as our daughter and her boyfriend are currently stranded in Depansar airport Bali, queuing up to speak to a major airline, only to be told that there are no flights to the UK and that there won't be any for three months and instead of being reassured, they have been threatened by police involvement! She had tried to phone the British Embassy in Bali and spent 50 minutes on the phone, in a queue, only to be cut off without speaking to anyone and incurring an £100 fee for doing so. We desperately need the government to intervene, not only in our daughter's plight, but for all UK citizens stranded abroad! Please help!
