Советский Союз (юридически, до сих пор) существует.

Конституция СССР действует. Действуют законы СССР, в частности о паспортной системе в СССР: Постановление СМ СССР №677 от 28.01.1974 и Положение о паспортной системе в СССР №98 от 28.01.1983, которыми руководствуются органы власти РФ.

СССР указан в Уставе ООН, являясь членом Совета Безопасности ООН. Россия же занимает место СССР в ООН являясь представителем и продолжателем СССР.

В мире проживает примерно 400 миллионов граждан СССР (тех, кто родился на территории СССР до 1991 года, а также их детей, которые тоже являются гражданами СССР). Все мы - граждане СССР.
Нам нужна наша страна! Нам нужен Советский Союз!

Мы, граждане СССР, требуем от властей РФ:

1. Обеспечить работу паспортной системы СССР.
2. Провести выборы в органы власти СССР (на территории РФ).

Россия, являясь продолжателем СССР, приняла на себя и права и обязанности СССР: (1) ведение паспортного учета граждан и (2) проведение выборов в органы власти СССР. Таким образом именно РФ должна обеспечить функционирование избирательной системы СССР, а также ведение паспортного учета граждан СССР.

Если же РФ будет отказываться исполнять свои обязательства - она потеряет и статус "продолжателя СССР" и себя, т.к. она существует в ООН только как "продолжатель СССР".

The Soviet Union (legally, still) exists.

The constitution of the USSR works. Laws of the USSR, in particular about a passport system in the USSR work: The resolution CM of the USSR No. 677 of 28.01.1974 and the Provision on a passport system in the USSR No. 98 of 28.01.1983 by which authorities of the Russian Federation are guided.

The USSR is specified in the Charter of the UN, being the member of Council Safety of the UN. Russia takes the place of the USSR in the UN being the representative and the successor of the USSR.

About 400 million citizens of the USSR live in the world (those who were born in the territory of the USSR till 1991 and also their children who are citizens of the USSR too). All of us are citizens of the USSR.

We, citizens of the USSR, demand from the authorities of the Russian Federation:

To ensure functioning of a passport system of the USSR.
To hold elections to authorities of the USSR (in the territory of the Russian Federation).

Russia, being a successor of the USSR, assumed also the rights and duties of the USSR: (1) conducting passport accounting of citizens and (2) elections to authorities of the USSR. Thus the Russian Federation has to provide functioning of an electoral system of the USSR and also conducting passport accounting of citizens of the USSR.

If the Russian Federation refuses to fulfill the obligations - it will lose also the status of "the successor of the USSR" and itself since it exists in the UN only as "the successor of the USSR".
