Chroma has received several nerfs and with the latest removal of self-damage, he became more obsolete. The easiest way to proc vex armor is with self-damage weapons but since it was replaced with self-stagger, it's very hard to use him, or be effective in eidolon hunts. In normal missions, you can just let enemies hit you until you get the full buff but still, it's not enough in my opinion, especially against high-level enemies.

Apparently, many have said that my suggestion of instant activation for vex armor was too overpowered so, what if, digital extremes change how the fury and scorn buff is activated. What if fury buff will be activated once your shields are hit, while scorn will proc when your health bar is hit. I also would like to hear suggestions from you guys. So please, send some feedback. Any good suggestion would do, as long as it's not broken and would make chroma's vex armor reliable.
