I have Galaxy Note 8 and I've been using it for more than 3 years. In June 2020, I received a software update. I installed it and when it got installed, on the same day the display started flickering and it showed horizontal green colored lines all over the display. I felt disappointed. Then right after the same day, the problem got solved automatically and the display turned normal. I felt happy. Then again after one year, right now when I'm writing this complaint to you on 20th May 2021, I've been suffering from the same issue after I updated my phone 3 days back and the issue started again to irritate me. I waited 2 days hoping it will get resolved automatically but nothing actually happened this time. It has gotten even worse than the last time. 

I posted the same thing on the Samsung community and I found that many people have the same issue as mine. So I want to raise my voice to Samsung that this is not the way you treat your customers. You never know what our hard-earned money means.
