The population must organize themselves in associations to defend themselves against the violence exerted by the State, according to the Charter of principles of the World Social Forum, of the year 2001.
In the first denounce of the Alliance COMPLAINANTS OF THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITARIANISM, we denounced the referred excesses against the leaders and lawyers of several associations.
Therefore, it is denounced that from the Public Prosecutor's Office and from the judiciary, all lawyers and all associations are intimidated, so that they do not defend the population, leaving it defenseless in the hands of public authorities.
The tyranny of prosecutors and judges is destroying the lives of thousands of people each year, not only the poor but also the rich and entrepreneurs. Anyone can be its victim.
Judges are the ultimate guarantee of the rule of law. The Constitutional Court says that judges must prevent abuse of power by public authorities, including politicians, and this social function of judges constitutes the "authentic royal clause of the rule of law." With total IMPUNITY, the judges do not comply with the law or this function, leaving institutional authoritarianism to be habitual, including corruption.
