Opposition to zoning change includes carving out a parcel of approximately 28.85 acres to build 970 apartments/condominiums with a 60 foot height restriction on parcel A as submitted by Paul Harden on behalf of George H. Hodges Trust.  Notable is access on Glen Kernan Parkway, although there is currently no access from that property.  Glen Kernan Parkway is a single street used for ingress and a single street for egress for three neighborhoods; Villini, Heather Glen, and Riverbrook at Glen Kernan.  There are no other roads to leave the neighborhood except by this road.  Glen Kernan residents also have access to this road but they also have an alternate route off Kernan Blvd.
