The F1 multiplayer scene has been growing rapidly over the last couple of years. This includes both the PS4, PC and XBOX communities. There is no cross platform compatibility support for the F1 games yet, separating the F1 community in 3 different categories. This is hurting the longevity of the game. To unify all platforms as one, so everyone could play together, we would need cross platform compatibility support from Codemasters for the upcoming F1 games.

As we've seen with several games (e.g. Rocket League, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare) it is possible to implement cross platform compatibility in modern day games. It's up to Codemasters and F1 to implement it in their F1 games. It would be of value for both Codemasters and F1 as for the F1 Online community, as the lobbies would be more populated; extending the longevity of the yearly F1 games.
